What hardware do I need?
Optimita runs in the browser, so any modern tablet, phone or laptop works. Dedicated card readers and printers will be supported through our payments partners.
Does the AI make decisions without me?
No. Opti drafts purchase orders, campaigns and recommendations; you approve before anything is sent or ordered. Every action is logged.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. The live demo is a fully working sandbox with sample data. It runs in your browser and nothing is saved to a server.
Can I bring my existing menu and customers?
Yes. You can import from a spreadsheet, and we will help migrate from your current POS during onboarding.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Yearly plans are billed upfront at a discount.
